የሕገ መንግስት መግቢያ በአንድምታው ብቻ ሲታይ፣ ያጸደቀውን ትውልድ እና የፖለቲካ ልሂቃኑን ማንነትና ራዕያቸውን እንደ ጣት አሻራ ሊያሳየን የሚችል ነው። በዚህ የተነሳም መግቢያው የሕገ-መንግስቱ የመታወቂያ ካርድ – Identity Card of a Constitution” ሲሉ የሚገልፁት የህግ ዘርፍ ምሁራን ናቸው።
የኛው በዓለም ደረጃ የመጀሪያው ዘመናዊ የጎሳ ኮንፌዴሬሽን ሕገ መንግስት ነው በሚለው በርካቶች ይስማማሉ። መግቢያው ላይ ባለው አንድምታ ከተለያዩ የዓለም ፌዴሬሽን ሀገራት ህ/መንግስት መግቢያ ጋር እንመልከተው። ትላንት የተመሰረቱ መንግስታት፤ እንዲሁም ኢ-አማኒ የምንላቸው ሀገራት እንኳን በህገመንግስታቸው መግቢያ ላይ ምን እንዳሰፈሩ ስናይ ድጋሚ መገረማችን አይቀርም።
