ስለዚህ ኢትዮጵያ አሁን የቀረበላትን ስምምነት እንድትፈርም አሜሪካ የሚታስገድድ ከሆነ ግብጽ በወንዙ እና ግድቡ ላይ ባለሙሉ ስልጣን ማድረግ በመንፈስም ሆነ በተጨባጭ የNeo-colonial ስምምነት አይነት ነው። ይህ ሀገሪቱ በገዛ ውሃዋ ላይ እንዳትጠቀም የሚያደርግ የአሜሪካ እና World Bank ተግባር ታሪክም ሆነ የአለምአቀፉ ሕግ የማይዘነጋው ወንጀል ይሆናል። ይህም የGreat Britainን የ1929ን የቅኝ-ግዛት ውልን ዘመና፣ ትክክለኛ እና ተቀባይነት ያለው የ21ኛ ክ/ዘመን ሕጋዊ ሰነድ አድርጎ እንደማቅረብ ይቆጠራል።” Jesse Jackson
